Our client, a well-known physical therapy medical facility in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is currently seeking a general staff nurse.
We are seeking a certified and experienced general nurse with expertise in orthopedics, obstetrics, and dermatology to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be in charge of providing top-notch patient care, assessments, treatments, and education in these specific medical domains.
Responsibilities:
Perform in-depth patient assessments in gynecological, orthopedic, and dermatological settings.
• Comply with doctor's orders about medical procedures, treatments, and prescription medication.
• Assist medical professionals doing examinations, surgeries, and other procedures.
· Monitor your patients' vital signs, overall health, and response to treatment.
• Inform patients' relatives about medical issues, treatments that are available, and preventive care.
• Keep complete and accurate patient records, which ought to contain progress notes, treatment plans, and medical histories.
• Cooperate with other interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Adhere to healthcare policies, procedures, and recommendations; • Offer patients and their families emotional support and counseling.
• Attend professional development and continuing education programs to stay up to date on the latest advancements in orthopedics, gynecology, and dermatology nursing practices.
Requirements:
• two to three years of experience as a general staff nurse in an IPD or OPD setting, preferably with knowledge of EMR, blood withdrawal, and cast removal. Experience with Patient Management Software is also preferred.
The individual possesses exceptional clinical skills and an understanding of medical procedures and therapies related to dermatology, gynecology, and orthopedics. They also hold a bachelor's degree in nursing and are eligible for the DHA Registered Nurse license. Must be willing to work in Dubai
